Please allow 3-7 days for your order to ship. We are grateful for your patience and understanding. Our pace is sustainable at our scale and is the reason why we can do what we do. ♡
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Domestic parcels qualify for flat rate shipping at $10 CAD, and are sent via Expedited Parcel. US and Canada orders over $150 CAD qualify for free shipping.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, damaged items, or lost packages. Orders that are refused, unclaimed or rejected due to unpaid customs fees will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. Make sure your address is entered correctly and check that your local post office is not holding the package for you! For international orders, any taxes, duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the consumable nature of our handcrafted goods, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. All sales are final after this point. If you would like a refund before the order has been shipped or have any other concerns with or questions about your order prior to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible!
